Why I Shoot at Sunset
Many people wonder why I choose to shoot most of my portrait sessions at sunset instead of sunrise.
Two reasons really…
The light. The Light. THE LIGHT.
I am familiar with my favorite shooting locations based on sunset shoots.
I am nocturnal.
The light at sunset has a different warmer quality to me. Not to mention, I am very familiar with all the locations I tend to shoot and this means better imagery for you.
Typically, depending on the length of your portrait session; I will begin your shoot around 1-2 hours before the sunset.
