California Street Police Station Demolition
Demo day for Redding’s California Street Police Department was documented by Jamie Solorio Photography for the McConnell Foundation for future historic documentation. Before it was the police station this building was actually Lou Gerard Auto Dealership in the 1940’s. I was hired to document any old remnants of its previous life as the building was torn down by Eddie Axner Construction crew along with a portrait of the Chief Robert P. Blankenship, who served the City of Redding from 1972 to 2002 and was promoted to Police Chief in 1988.
The Fee's
$200 p/hour
This includes myself and an assistant during your shoot time in my home studio or on location
If traveling outside Redding, CA an additional fee $0.75 per mile
Equipment Fee $200 if shot on location
Once we have completed the shoot, I will send a gallery of un-edited RAW files for you to view. From there you will decide which images you would like to represent your brand to be edited.
Editing
Color correction and crop included with purchase of usage, additional retouching may be purchased.

Editorial Edit $20
Basic Edit $5
Usage Rates
Usage rates for imagery depend on what the photographs will be used for, ranging from social media to billboard usage.
Website and Social Media + Print and TV usage is $200 per image.
Billboard usage is $900 per image
Want to improve your business's visibility on Google?
I am able to embed searchable Google keywords into the metadata of your commercial imagery for an additional fee of $40, this is optional but highly recommended to bring more clients your way.
Need Creative Direction?
I highly suggest hiring a creative director for your shoot. A creative director will make sure that your brand and goals are recognized throughout the shoot along with scheduling of wardrobe stylist, hair, makeup, and models if needed. Robin Fator Creative and I have been working together now for over 5 years and she is the best around. On-location rates start at $100 per hour. Project management rates start at $50 per hour.
